Friends & Foundation of RPL offers annual or frequently-occurring programs organized by volunteer committees.

Tuesday Topics programs are free, lunchtime presentations about current issues in science, the arts, the economy, health care and government. Presenters are well-known professionals on these issues.

Free, facilitated conversations on race and its impact on all of us. Each conversation is unique, and everyone participates. Offered with community partners in various libraries in the Monroe County Library System throughout the year.

Friends & Foundation of the Rochester Public Library has long been the Fiscal Sponsor of the Rochester Children's Book Festival, which takes place the first Saturday of November at Monroe Community College.
