Mrs. Cage by Nancy Barr and directed by Stephanie Roosa will be performed. The story involves Mrs. Martin Cage in police custody for the shooting of Phyllis Dean in the supermarket parking lot. Mrs.Cage played by Sandi Henschel is interrogated by Lt. Reuben Angel aka Adam Petzold about the crime. As Mrs. Cage talks, she paints a picture of her lonely life where she is ignored by her husband, a defense lawyer and despised by her daughter Elizabeth, a civil lawyer in the midst of her own divorce. Mrs. Cage may be the last person in the world willing to take responsibility for her actions. REGISTRATION began Friday, March 20.
Tribute to Robin Williams: Wednesday, April 8 @ 6:15 p.m. Mrs. Doubtfire will be the final film in our series honoring the late actor Robin Williams. Williams plays a man who disguises himself as a female housekeeper to spend time with his two children held in custody by his former wife played by Sally Fields. Daniel Hillard, Williams’ character, is transformed into Mrs. Iphegenia Doubtfire, a Scottish nanny who creates a whole new life for his family. The film, directed by Chris Columbus, also stars Pierce Brosnan, Harvey Fierstein, and Polly Holliday. REGISTRATION began on March 25.
