Meet up with friends after school to hang out and participate in some special activities! Registration is not required.  January 17- String Art (+ Video Games)
January 24- Breakout (+ Video Games)
January 31- Chinese New Year
 


CRAFTING THE WORLD OF HARRY POTTER
2017-01-19
4:00  pm - 5:00  pm
Age Level: 6 yrs. - 18 yrs.

Grades 6-12  We will create décor, fashion, and more! Participants should attend all 3 sessions. REGISTRATION is required and begins January 5. Limited to 8 participants.

BREAKOUT

Grades 6-8  Do you like investigating clues, solving puzzles, and cracking codes? Prizes will be awarded to all if you can work together to break into our locked box before the clock runs out! REGISTRATION is required and begins January 13. Limited to 12 participants.
 


HOMESCHOOL BOOK CLUB

Age Level: 13 yrs. - 17 yrs.

For homeschoolers age 13-17  Join our fun book group which meets the first Thursday of each month. For this meeting please read Scythe by Neal Shusterman and come prepared to discuss it. Registration is not required.
Summary of Scythe: In a world where disease has been eliminated, the only way to die is to be randomly killed ('gleaned') by professional reapers ('scythes'). Two teens must compete with each other to become a scythe--a position neither of them wants.
 


PRACTICE SAT
2017-02-04
10:00  am - 2:00  pm
Age Level: 15 yrs. - 17 yrs.

Prepare for the official SAT by taking a practice test under 'real' timed test conditions, proctored by Chariot Learning. After the test, learn how to score the exam and interpret the results.  REGISTRATION is required and begins on January 21. Limited to 40 participants.
