Located in the Link Level of the Bausch and Lomb Library, Teen Central offers 18 computers reserved specifically for teens as well as magazines, games, books, graphic novels, manga, teen-centered programming and events and more.   Teen Central also provides reference service and guidance to the community's teenage population and is operated in conjunction with Rochester's Safe To Be Smart program.
