Programs and Activities at the Monroe Branch Library

 

In addition to the events listed below, the Monroe Branch Library has a number of programs and activities available for library visitors.

What's happening in the Children's Room?  

   Have fun building special structures with our LEGOS!  LEGO Club meets every Wednesday from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

First Friday Coffee Hour on March 3rd. Come and enjoy some cookies and coffee from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. 

  

Please stop in and see the modern, abstract paintings of Artist, James Greco.

 

"Wide Water Gardens" sign-up will take place on Saturday, March 4 at 10 a.m. 

 

The "Monroe Village Farmer's Market" is looking for volunteers to help this summer.  Please contact the library if you are interested in volunteering your time. The market is held on Wednesday afternoons from 4-7, starting on June 14th.

 

TASC Tutoring is available every Friday from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.   

  

Our book Club will be meeting on Wednesday, March 15th @ !:30 p.m.  They will be discussing the book, "Dark Money: the hidden history of the billionaires behind the rise of the radical right" by Jane Mayer.
